What’s New in the Navi Mumbai Metro Time Table?
Starting January 20, 2025, our metro is stepping up its game! The biggest change? More frequent trains during rush hours. As someone who travels daily from Belapur to the Taloja Industrial Area, I can’t tell you how much of a difference this will make.
Here’s a clean breakdown of the new Navi Mumbai metro time table:

| Non-Peak Hours | Every 15 minutes | Every 20 minutes |
Peak Hours Schedule
From Belapur:
- Morning: 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM
- Evening: 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM
From Pendhar:
- Morning: 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM
- Evening: 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM
“The increased frequency during peak hours is a direct response to growing ridership and our commitment to providing efficient public transportation,” says the official CIDCO announcement.
Daily Operational Hours
The metro operates with impressive service hours, ensuring you can rely on it for most of your daily travel needs:
- First train: 6:00 AM (from both terminals)
- Last train from Belapur: 10:00 PM
- Last train from Pendhar: 9:45 PM
Fare Structure That Makes Sense
One thing I absolutely love about our metro is its straightforward fare structure:
- ₹10 for 0-4 km
- ₹20 for 4-8 km
- ₹30 for above 8 km
Pro tip: Get yourself a metro smart card – it’s totally worth it for regular commuters!
The Bigger Picture
